FramSight provides research, backtesting, translation, AI-assisted strategy drafting, journaling, and related automation tools for traders and teams.

FramSight is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange. We do not execute trades on your behalf unless you separately connect third-party brokerage tooling under your own responsibility.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable trading and technology laws.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond permitted law, abusing rate limits, infringing others’ rights, or using FramSight for unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of strategies and content you create. You grant FramSight a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Feature access depends on your plan (Basic, Pro, or Institution). We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice where required.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance.

The service is provided “as is.” Backtests, Gauntlet results, walk-forward metrics, AI outputs, and charts are research tools — not guarantees of future performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FramSight is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. See also our Disclosures page.
